We're not a big operation. We're your neighbors, growing food we'd want on our own family's table.
How it started
A simple idea at 6,035 feet
How do you get good food — real food, nutritious food — at a price that doesn't make you wince? That question kept me up at night. And out of that restlessness, Thin Air Greens was born.
But it was never just about food. I felt a calling — a deep, quiet pull that I was meant to do something more. Something that would matter. Something that would leave a legacy. I searched for a long time, turning over ideas and possibilities, until one day everything lined up perfectly and I knew: this was my destiny.
In 2025, I set up a small grow house right in my living room. My wife was incredibly patient — bless her heart. What started as a few trays of microgreens and a handful of herb pots quickly took on a life of its own. Before long, we'd moved the whole operation downstairs and turned our basement into a proper mini grow room.
Every single day I spend growing brings me genuine joy. I hope that joy finds its way into every harvest — and onto your table. Family is at the heart of everything we do here. I would never sell you something I wouldn't eat myself or share with my own family. That's not a marketing line. That's a promise.
